1. Open Outlook and enter your e-mail address. (If you are setting up an additional account, click File and Add Account)
   1. Select Advanced Options
   2. Check  Let my setup my account manually.
      
2. Select Account Type: Choose POP (or POP3) from the list.

   

3. Enter Incoming Server Settings:
   1. Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.zw
   2. Port: 995
   3. Encryption: SSL/TLS
   4. Authenticate: Ensure that This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) is checked.

      

4. Enter Outgoing Server (SMTP) Settings:
   1. Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourcompany.co.zw
   2. Port: 465
   3. Encryption: SSL/TLS
   4. Authenticate: Ensure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked.

      

5. Finish: Enter your mailbox password and click Connect, Next, or Done to test and save the account

NB: Some steps (i.e 3 & 4) maybe automatically skipped depending on your version of Outlook.
